The short version
  • From Google we only receive your name, email address and profile picture.
  • We store your lists, runs and settings so the Service works. Public lists are visible to everyone.
  • We don’t sell your data or use your lists to train AI models.
  • You can export or delete your data at any time.
This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies.

1. What we collect

Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password or access to your email or other Google data.

Content: lists, items, notes, check runs, results and settings you create.

Agent connections: for each agent you connect we keep which app it is, the permissions you approved, and when it was last used.

Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and API requests, kept in logs for security and debugging.

2. How we use it

To run the Service, keep it secure, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and send you service emails such as “a run needs your review”, which you can turn off in Settings.

3. Public content

Lists you mark public can be seen, copied and run by anyone, and may be indexed by search engines. Anything you put in them should be fine to share publicly.

4. Who we share it with

We use service providers to host and operate Checkumi, including [HOSTING PROVIDER] and [EMAIL PROVIDER]. They may process data only on our behalf.

When you add a collaborator to a list, you and they can see each other’s name and email on that list.

We may disclose data if required by law. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your lists or runs to train AI models.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language. We use [ANALYTICS TOOL / no analytics cookies].

6. How long we keep it

Account data and private content are kept until you delete them or your account. Logs are kept for [LOG RETENTION]. Deleted data is removed from backups within [BACKUP RETENTION].

7. Your choices and rights

You can export your lists, delete individual lists or runs, revoke tokens and delete your account from Settings. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to access, correct or object to processing of your data. Contact us to make a request.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for children under [MINIMUM AGE].

9. Changes

We will post updates here and tell signed-in users about significant changes.
