Terms of Service
Last updated [DATE] · Effective [DATE]- Sign in with your Google account to create and edit lists.
- Public lists can be found, read, forked and run by anyone. Private lists are yours alone.
- Anyone with a run’s share link can check items in that run. Reset the link if it leaks.
- You own what you write. Only you, collaborators you add, and agents you connect can edit your lists.
- Check results come from agents and people, not from us. Double-check anything important.
1. Who we are
Checkumi is operated by [COMPANY NAME], [COMPANY ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of checkumi.com, our API and any related services (the “Service”).
2. Accounts
You can read public lists and take part in shared check runs without an account. To create or edit lists you sign in with a Google account. You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] years old.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the run links you share.
3. Public and private lists
Public lists can be viewed, forked and run by anyone, and may be listed or indexed. Forks of public lists are always public.
Private lists are visible only to you, collaborators you add by email, and agents you connect. Collaborators can edit a list but can’t change its visibility, manage people or delete it.
Do not put passwords, secrets, personal data about others or confidential information in a public list.
4. Run share links
Anyone who has a run’s share link can check items and add notes in that run without signing in. You can reset the link at any time; the old link stops working.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the lists, notes and results you add. You give us a licence to host, copy, display and process that content only as needed to run the Service.
For public lists, you also let other users view, copy and run them.
6. Connected agents
You may connect AI agents and other tools to your account through our MCP server, by signing in and approving the permissions they ask for. You are responsible for what agents you connect do with that access.
You can disconnect an agent at any time from your dashboard. We may rate-limit or block agents that are abused.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, to harass anyone, to spread malware, to send spam, or to overload or probe our systems. Do not try to access lists or runs you were not given access to.
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules.
8. Check results
Check runs record what agents and people report. We do not verify that any check is correct, complete or up to date. You are responsible for decisions you make based on run results.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Deleting your account deletes your lists.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to [LIABILITY CAP].
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will tell signed-in users by email or in the app at least [NOTICE PERIOD] before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
